Personalised surf lessons to meet your needs
The majority of our guests are new to surfing and so our professional instructors and surf locations have been carefully chosen to provide a safe and fun introduction to the alluring world of surfing!
We are proud to offer the best student to teacher ratio with one experienced instructor for every 2 to 3 women. This allows for personal one on one attention and in-depth instruction that will leave you feeling supported and inspired and standing up on waves in no time at all. We have created a women-specific surf program designed with women in mind, so you can simply relax, have fun and enjoy the journey.
Our surf programme has been developed to teach you the basics of surfing step by step for those new to surfing. It has also been designed to support those with more experience seeking to take their surfing skills to the next level. All groups on our surf trips are small which allows for not only personal attention, but also flexibility. We’ll pair you with a partner of a similar surfing level to a beach break that is perfect for your level of experience. We work with the highest quality instructors in Bali so you are in safe hands. All lessons also include detailed photo analysis so you can improve your skills day by day and become confident surfers in just a weeks time.

Where will I go on my Bali Bucket List Retreat?
MT BATUR SUNRISE TREK
Mount Batur soars 1,717 meters into the clouds and makes for an incredible sunrise adventure. You’ll wake early and drive to Kintamani for a guided 2 hour trek to the peak. Once you reach the summit you’ll warm your hands with a hot drink and watch as the sun rises, casting a magnificent view over the caldera lake. If the weather is clear you can even see as far as Lombok and Mount Rinjani in the east. Bask in the views before trekking back down for well deserved massage back on retreat!
TANAH LOT TEMPLE
The view from Tanah Lot temple at sunset is nothing less than extraordinary. This 16th-century Balinese temple is built about 300 meters offshore on a large rock which at high tide makes it appear to float in the ocean. At low tide, you can approach the temple for a traditional Balinese blessing as the waves crash offshore and fragrant incense sticks burn around you.
TIRTA EMPUL – TRADITIONAL WATER HEALING
Based in central Bali this natural holy water spring is a refreshing and magical way to cleanse your body, mind and spirit. The 12 step water cleansing ritual takes place in a temple steeped with the sound of prayer and shadowed by a towering banyan tree. You’ll wear a traditional Balinese ceremonial outfit (a sarong, sash and a kebaya) into the water and be guided through the cleansing and blessing by an Ibu who will explain the significance of this shrine which is dedicated to Vishnu, the Hindu God of Water.
UBUD RICE PADDY WALK
A gentle stroll through the Ubud rice fields is one of the most beautiful things you can do in Bali, especially for those looking to experience that traditional ‘Eat Pray Love’ moment!One of the most beautiful walks is the Kajeng Rice Field where you can immerse yourself in stunning scenery and experience a quaint local village. If you get thirsty or peckish along the way, you can stop for a cold coconut or snack at one of the local warungs.The Tegalalang rice field is also a popular destination, famous for its beautiful terraced layout. Positioned in a valley the Tegalalang rice terraces offer extremely scenic lookouts over the rice fields and lush green landscape.
SNORKELLING & ISLAND ADVENTURE
Enjoy a full day adventure that departs from retreat and takes you to Nusa Dua where you will board a boat to venture out to two of bali’s most breathtaking islands- Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan. During this adventure you will have the opportunity to snorkel in crystal clear waters and experience Bali’s ruch sea life including majestic manta rays, gentle turtles, vibrant fish and coral. The trip also includes a kayak tour around a beautiful mangrove, plus a traditional Balinee style lunch. You will return back to retreat at around sunset with a treasure trove of memories that will stay with you forever.
BALINESE CEREMONY
Experience a traditional Balinese ceremony with beautiful gamelon live music, spirit offerings for each guest and a Balinese priest to share and conduct the ceremony. This is a lovely special way to close the week and set intentions for your onward journey.
BEACH BONFIRE & CACAO CEREMONY
There’s nothing quite like watching the golden sun go down over the ocean with a Bali sunset. We’re taking that sunset experience to new heights with our beautiful Beach Bonfire experience. Enjoy live Balinese music, champagne and delicious festive snack platters whilst you enjoy watching the sky transform from blue to gold to pink. Enjoy a guided meditation and special cacao ceremony by the fire to let go of anything that no longer serves you and open the door for new beginnings and new possibilities.
CANANG SARI MAKING WORKSHOP
One of the most striking things about Balinese culture is the daily offerings. Offerings please the gods and demons and also provide good karma to those involved in their preparation. These simple daily offerings are known as Canang Sari. On retreat, you are invited to make your very own Canang Sari offering with our staff who also talk through each element of the offering and its unique meaning.
You are then able to place your offering at the temple and send a prayer into the universe. It is a beautiful and powerful experience that is very unique to Bali and a wonderful way to add special meaning to your retreat.
SOUND HEALING AT THE PYRAMIDS OF CHI
The Pyramids of Chi is an innovation that combines Pyramid Power, Sacred Geometry, Polar Alignment, Ancient Sounds, and the ever-present magical energy of Bali.
An Ancient Sound Healing session guides you into an effortless state of relaxation. The process is as scientific as it is mysterious. It requires nothing but your presence to be fully appreciated, but it must be experienced in order to be understood.
